The sound of the conch, the beating of the drums and the echoes of the Hawaiian chant signal the start of Hawaii’s most exciting Lu’au complete with an authentic imu ceremony and the exotic flavors of native Hawaiian cuisine.

While you enjoy the tastes of Hawaii, our Drums of the Pacific Polynesian Spectacular (a Tihati Production) takes you on a journey through the islands of Polynesia.

We feature authentic dances and music of the old Hawaii, Samoa, Fiji, New Zealand, Tahiti, Tonga, and Rarotonga in the hottest Lu’au Show in the Islands.

You are greeted with a shell lei, fresh mai tais or fruit punch, which are served throughout the luau, as well as an open bar featuring beer, wine and all your favorite mixed cocktails.

Your evening begins with Hawaiian music, arts & crafts, torch lighting ceremony and finally the imu ceremony, the unveiling of the main dish – Kalua Pua’a. Friendly greetings by Royal Polynesians followed by a Polynesian fashion show featuring the islands most exotic pareaus (sarongs) in creative styles.

Very Good

We Lucked Out

Loved the Luau! Great food and show! Due to the popularity of this venue, we ended up with general seating. But we got there early and with help of a staff member who guided us to perfect seats near the stage! And the shell lei that we were given will be a lasting memory of our fun time.

A favorite memory of Maui

We booked our experience with Drums of the Pacific Lu'au and immediately had a great feeling about it. We called and booked over the phone and received amazing customer service from Joe at Planet Maui! He gave us pointers and even sent additional information to us via email to help with our stay in Maui. When we arrived, they take your photo with the beautiful ocean view background and the fun begins right away. We received leis, our first drink and lots of Aloha from all the staff! The food was great and the open bar was spectacular! The show was our absolute favorite part though. Every single performer was talented and looked like they were having a great time. This was one of our favorite memories from our time in Maui, and I am so glad we chose Drums of the Pacific!

Completely Happy

I really agonized over which luau to choose in Maui because of all the conflicting reviews I kept seeing for so many different shows. It was my mom's, aunt's, and son's first time in Hawaii, and I wanted to pick one with great food and entertainment. After a lot of consideration (and talking to the Planet Maui concierge before the trip), I choose Drums of the Pacific. We had the standard seats but got in line early so we got really good ones for that level. Also, my son was free which was great. It was amazing. Perfect! The food was delicious and the show was very impressive. The dancers were talented and looked great. We walked away completely happy with the venue and experience overall. Book this show and you won't be disappointed!
